The hinged blister (clamshell) has an embossed area in the shape adjusted to the shape of the packaged product, as well as three folded edges, into which a piece of printed card is inserted.
The product is protected with a staple that joins the blister to the card.

The advantage of packaging of this type are: easy and fast packaging process, as well as always perfect positioning of the card relative to the blister and very good protection of the product against possible falling out.

The blister may also be equipped with an euro hanger in order to stiffen the whole packaging intended for heavier products.
